Ippel also suggested that consideration be given to collecting park dedication fees on <br />industrial properties which would be used to promote and make improvements in the <br />industrial area. <br /> <br />Commissioner Fults dismissed himself from the meeting at 8:45 a.m. <br /> <br />Commissioner Greenberg stated that Ramsey's Economic Development Commission <br />should be meeting with legislators regarding tax reforms. <br /> <br />Mr. Banwart noted that the City has hired an economic development intern and suggested <br />that the Commission discuss with that person the options for promoting industrial parks. <br /> <br />Chairman Wagner requested that Mr. Banwart provide the Commission with the CIP <br />budget format. <br /> <br />Case #2: Subcommittee Reports: <br /> <br />No action. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Ippel and seconded by Commissioner Kurak to adjourn the <br />regular meeting of the Economic Development Commission. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
