The City of Ramsey has <br />had o~le and its primary goal is to stave off the premature bringing of <br />munic'il~al sewer to an area. He explained, too, that classifying the soil wi'l'l <br /> a p~rson to know if his soil is able to hold a septic tank or not. <br /> <br /> <br />
