The platting, replatting, subdividing, conveyance of land or construction <br />of a sewage disposal system not in accordance with the requirements of this <br />ordinance may be enforced by mandamus, injunction, or any other appropriate remedy <br />in any court of competent jurisdiction. <br /> <br />SECTION 3.
