24. A vegetative cover shall be established over the entire area of the mound. <br /> <br /> 25. No shrubs shall be planted on the top of the mound. Shrubs may be placed <br />at the foot and side slopes of the mound. <br /> <br />26. The side slopes on the mound shall be no steeper than three to one. <br /> <br /> 27. Whenever mounds are located on slopes, a diversion shall be constructed <br />immediately upslope from the mound to intercept and direct runoff. <br /> <br />4.08 1990 Urban Service Area Alternatives <br /> <br /> a. General. Sanitary sewer service is expected to be available to the 1990 <br />Urban Servic~ Area by 1985. The 1990 Urban Service Area property owner shall remain <br />responsible for individual waste disposal until such time that the sewer connection <br />is effected. Urban area lot dimensions tend to be more restrictive for certain methods <br />of waste disposal. It is the purpose of this section to provide the urban service area <br />with alternatives to the long-term approach of individual waste treatment heretobefore <br />outlined in this ordinance. Such alternatives will allow for "temporary" treatment <br />until such time that the property is connected to the municipal sewer. Systems <br />described herein are not applicable to the 1990 Rural and Transition areas (as <br />defined in Section~Ordinance No. ~) as the systems are not considered to <br />be long-term disposal methods. <br /> <br /> be <br />facility. <br /> <br />Collection Systems.
