PART III <br /> <br />EXC LU SION S <br /> <br />The Metropolitan Land Planning Act provides that this System Statement <br />specify any parts of a land use plan, public facilities plan, or implementation <br />program which may be excluded from the comprehensive plans of the local <br />governmental units. <br /> <br />The Metropolitan Council finds that all provisions of Section 9 of the <br />Metropolitan Land Planning Act shall be included in the comprehensive <br />plans of the ~lty of Ramsey." <br /> <br />The Council will be promulgating guidelines to assist communities to fulfill <br />the comprehensive planning provisions of the Metropolitan Land Planning Act. <br />Guidelines pertaining to the conten~ of comprehensive plans will be sen~ <br />to you to help you evaluate your local 'planning and determine what additional <br />planning is required. <br /> <br />29 <br /> <br /> <br />
