Comprehensive Plan updating will therefore <br />be minimal except in the elements relating to the systems statement <br />requirementsf the CAB interceptor impact and the critical areas guidelines. <br /> <br />Comprehensive Policy Plan. This Plan is to be a new document <br />including updated and additional plans relating to Land Use, <br />Open Space and Recreation, Housing, Transportation, Sewer <br />Service and Community Facilities. The existing Guide Plan, <br />the 1972 Sewage Works Plan, the CAB Interceptor Report of <br />1976 and other existing documents are to be considered as an <br />appendix to the'new Comprehensive Policy Plan. <br /> <br />Implementation. A Capital Improvements Program together <br />with draft regulation changes are to be prepared. <br /> <br />The Plan wilI include the elements and tasks as specifically <br />defined in the Series 100 through 700 outline. <br /> <br />Products for ANOKA <br /> <br />The "Policy Guide Plan" for Anoka was developed over the last <br />several years. During the preparation process the Metro Council <br />was involved in periodic preliminary reviews. Their comments <br />were addressed and the document revised as necessary. A public <br />hearing was~heid in 1976 and the draft was submitted, to the <br />Metro Council for their official review. A new Zoning Ordinance <br />was drafted, reviewed and modified (no hearing or adoption) in <br />1975-76. A Comprehensive Sewer Plan was developed in 1976. <br />Also in 1975-76 the "OASIS" Plan (park/open-space)was <br />prepared with a subsequent public hearing and adoption. <br /> <br />Comprehensive Policy Plan. This plan will be a new document <br />with review and minor updating of the recently completed ele- <br />ments above and new sections relating to Housing, Community <br />Facilities and the Implementation Tools (other than the Zoning <br />Ordinance) including the Rum River Management Plan. <br /> <br />033.2 <br /> <br />033,3 <br /> <br />ImplementatiOn.
