040 Publication 041 041.1 041.2 041.3 Pre I iml nary Drafts The Resource Element series 100, 200 and 300, will be published as a uniform repOrt for local consideration and modification for all four communities. PrellmJnary drafts will be prepared as a Planning Resource Element of each local plan and included in the notebook format defined in Series 021. Twenty-five (25) copies of such preliminary resource sections will be prepared without color for each community. The Plan Element, Series 400 and 500, will be published in- dividually for each of the 4 communities. However, where certain sections are common to more than 1 community, the drafts may be duplicated. Preliminary drafts will be prepared as the Plan Element of the notebooks defined in Series 022 o Twenty-five (25) copies of all such preliminary Plan in- formation will be prepared without color for each community. The Implementation Element, Series 600 and 700, will be tailored to the needs of each community. 042 Preliminary drafts will be prepared as an Implementation Element of each local Plan and included in the notebook format defined in Series 023. Twenty-five (25) copies of such preliminary Regulation information will be prepared without color for each commu- nity. Final Drafts As the existing Community reports in the various plan.qlng elements will determine the extent of additions, modifications or amendments, only 25 copies of the final draft will be pre- pared within the scope of this proposal. Communities can negotiate individually for further publication, more sophisticated compilation with existing reports, and additional graphics, color, etc. For ease of publication and producing additional copies, the reports will be published without color. -5-
