For this <br /> type use, refer to i. <br /> herein) <br /> <br />One space for each 3 seats <br /> <br />Bowling alleys <br /> <br />Three spaces for each enclosed <br />bay and one space for each full- <br />time employee <br /> <br />Drive-ins <br /> <br />Five spaces per lane <br /> <br />Outdoor Sales.and Open <br /> Sales Lots <br /> <br />At least 1S spaces for those <br />serving food or refreshments, <br />and at least 10 spaces for all <br />others <br /> <br />p. Industrial <br /> <br />Merchandise displays in open <br />sales lots and in outdoor sales <br />premises shall have a minimum <br />set-back of 25 feet from the front <br />property line and shall provide <br />one parking space for each 800 <br />square feet of merchandise area; <br />except that, for automobile sales <br />lots, there shall be one parking <br />space for each 10 automobiles <br />displayed. <br /> <br />One space for each employee on the <br />maximum working shift. <br /> <br />(A) Parking spaces may be located on a tot other than that <br />containing the principal use with the approval of the zoning <br />officer. <br /> <br />(B) Any off-street parking lot for more than five vehicles shall <br />be graded for proper drainage and surfaced so as to provide a <br />durable and dustless surface. <br /> <br />(C) Any lighting used to illuminate any off-street parking lot <br />shall be so arranged as to reflect the light away from <br />adjoining premises in any "R" District. <br /> <br />OFF-STREET LOADING: One off-street loading berth of not less <br />than S0 feet shall be provided for every business and <br />industrial use with a floor area of more than 10,000 square feet; <br />with one additional berth required for each additional 25,000 <br />square feet of floor area. <br /> <br />-11- <br /> <br /> <br />
