Class II Lands -' <br /> <br /> Lands on which the water table remains at 2 to 6 feet below <br />the ground surface throughout the year and: <br /> <br />Soils are moderately permeable with slopes ranging <br />between 12% and 18%. <br /> <br />b. Soils are slowly permeable with slopes not exceeding 12%. <br /> <br /> .2.9 Class III Lands <br /> <br /> Lands on which the watertable remains greater than 6 feet below <br />'the surface throughout the year and: <br /> <br />a. Soils are moderately permeable and slopes exceed 18% <br /> <br />b. Soils are rapidly permeable and slopes exceed 18%. <br />c.
