No subdivision of <br />land shall be approved unless each lot or parcel created by said <br />subdivision for building purposes meets the requirements for the <br />reservation of Class I land. <br /> <br /> 4.2 <br /> <br /> The subdivision of land into parcels or lots of less than <br />· 'acres shall not. be approved ~here sufficient .areas of Class I land <br /> cannot be reserved unless adequate methods are provided for'overcoming <br /> the deficiency of adequate area' for soil absorption systems. <br /> <br /> SECTION V - ADMINISTRATION~ <br /> <br /> 5.1 In conjunction wit~ their respective duties in administrat~ng <br /> the City's Subdivision Ordinance, Zoning Ordinance~and other r'elate~ <br /> land use and'planning ordinances, the City's Zoning Officer, Planning <br /> Commission and City Council shall insure that this ordinance is <br /> complied with. <br /> <br /> SECTION VI - EFFECTIV~ DATE · <br /> <br /> 6.1 This ordinance shall become effective upon its adoption and <br />publication according to law.
