NOTICE OF RENEWAL OF <br />OPUS21 MANAGEMENT SOLUTIONS MASTER AGREEMENT <br />OPUS21 Agreement Number: 4031 <br />Date: February 1, 2008 <br />Addendum: January 30,2018 <br />The City of Ramsey and OPUS21 Management Solutions, LLC, entered into a 60-month Master Agreement <br />dated February 1, 2008, for the provision of software products and related services (see attached Exhibit <br />A). The term of that Agreement was extended through February 6, 2016, with the option of two additional <br />one-year renewals at the City's discretion in the Addendum signed on January 30, 2013 (see attached <br />Exhibit B). <br />The City herby gives notice to OPUS21 that the City elects to renew the Master Agreement for an additional <br />five years (through February 6, 2023) as provided in the addendum with the following changes: <br />Service Current & Renewal Cost <br />CIS Data Hosting $0.37 <br />Bill Production $0.19 <br />Bill Print $0.13 <br />Payment Posting — Lockbox $0.20 <br />Customer Service $0.15 <br />The City agrees that on the 4th and 5th anniversary of this Agreement that a Cost of Living value, not to <br />exceed 3%, will be enacted.
