Anderson <br />Councilmember Terry Hendriksen <br />Councilmember Patti Kurak <br />Councilmember Gerald Zimmerman <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />City Administrator James E. Norman <br />Director of Public Works/Fire Chief Dean Kapler <br />Principal Planner Patrick Trudgeon <br />City Engineer Brian Olson <br />City Engineer Steve Jankowski <br />City Attorney William Goodrich <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec called the regular meeting of the City Council to order at 7:10 p.m. and called <br />upon Eagle Scout Kyle Bode to lead in the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec introduced Virginia Kiefer an Anoka High School student that was attending the <br />meeting for a school project. <br /> <br />David Elvig, 17201 Tungsten Street NW, Ramsey, requested that an item be added to the agenda <br />to discuss the Council's endorsement for a Town Center Task Force, noting that the EDA <br />recommended that the Task Force be started. <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec recommended that the Case be added as Case 6a. <br /> <br />APPROVE AGENDA <br /> <br />Councihnen~ber Hendriksen noted that #8 on the consent agenda was moved to the Finance <br />Committee. <br /> <br />City Council/March 12, 2002 <br /> Page 2 of 23 <br /> <br /> <br />
