COUNCIL BUSINESS Case #1: Public Hearing & Adopt Ordinance Adopting the 2005 Schedule of Rates, Fees and Charges Mayor Gamec closed the regular portion of the City Council meeting at 7:18 p.m. in order to conduct a public hearing. Public Hearing Mayor Gamec called the public hearing to order at 7:18 p~m. Presentation Finance Officer Lund advised this ordinance was introduced at the October 26th Council meeting. The ordinance states the fees that would be charged for City services beginning January 1, 2005. Any amendments to this schedule during 2005 will need to be made by ordinance.
