Limit any new residential development outside the 1990 urban service <br /> area to one unit per 10 acres. <br /> <br />Paragraph 5 of Mr. Ryan's letter dated March 9. 1982 which requested <br />provisions for addressing lot supply was agreed to by Metro Council <br />Staff and the City of Ramsey that this was not a problem. <br /> <br />Further, the City of Ramsey is forwarding a Memorandum of Understanding <br />which has been executed by its' Mayor and therefore requests the Metro <br />Council to execute so as to initiate good planning in establishing a date <br />when the second sanitary sewer connection will be available to the City of <br />Ramsey which allows the City to do proper budgeting in its' capital <br />improvement program budget. <br /> <br />Motion Carried.
