METROPOLITAN COUNCIL <br />ORDER FOR COMMENCEMENT OF LOCAL COMPREHENSIVE PLAN REVIEW <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> PURSUANT TO METROPOLITAN LAND PLANNING ACT <br /> METROPOLITAN COUNCIl REFERRAL FILE NO. 9040-2 <br /> <br />Having determined that: <br /> <br />The City of Ramsey has submitted a comprehensive plan program <br />for its jurisdiction to the Metropolitan Council, and <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />The governing body has requested that t-he Metropolitan Council <br />review the comprehensive plan pursuant to authority contained in <br />Minn. Stat. 473.858, and <br /> <br />The submission received from the City of Ramsey satisfies the <br />requirements for commencement of review set forth in the <br />Metropolitan Land Planning Act, Minn. Stat. 473.175 and 473.858 <br />and the Council's Review Procedure. <br /> <br />It is hereby ordered that the Metropolitan Council's review of 'the <br />City of Ramsey's Comprehensive Plan pursuant to the Metropolitan <br />Land Planning Act, Stat. 473.175 and 473.851 through 473.872 be <br />commenced on October 21, 1981. <br /> <br />Said review shall be conducted in accord with the provisions of the <br />above referenced statute and the Metropolitan Council's Review <br />Procedure. <br /> <br />Charles R.
