Deletion of Special Assessment, Request for; Case of Mr. Tim Lehn, <br />6314 Rivlyn: <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Van Wagner and seconded by Councilmember Sorteberg <br />to approve of adopting Resolution #81-165 reducing Mr. Tim Lehn's, 6314 <br />Rivlyn, assessment from two (2) units to one (1) unit and the assessment <br />cost from $400 to $200. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />14) Submission of Quarterly Financial Report for August 1 - September 30:' <br /> <br />Council noted. <br /> <br />15) Landfill: <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Cox and seconded by Councilmember Reimann to <br />direct City Administrator to write a letter to Mr. Simpson of Metro- <br />politan Waste Control Commission requesting that they considdr, in new <br />developing suburbs, to separate industrial and residential sanitary sewage <br />so that we don't further create or add to an unmanageable situation in <br />the disposing of this type of waste sludge. It is understood that the <br />industrial sludge contains very severe contaminant agents, whereas the <br />residential sewage sludge does not.contain these contaminants. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Cox, <br />Reimann and Van Wagner.
