The recom~nendations were adopted as follows: That Ramsey be advised that: A. This report constitutes the Council's official review required under the Metropolitan Land Planning Act. ~B. No plan modifications are required. C. The Ramsey plan relates to metropolitan system plans as follows: The plan is in conformance with the Transportation Policy Plan, the Regional Recreation Open Space System, and the metropolitan system plan for airports. The plan is in conformity With the Metropolitan Council's system plan for sewers in that it meets the planning requirements for sanitary sewers and on-site system management. Following the adoption of the plan by the city, Ramsey should submit the comprehensive sewer plan portion to the MWCC for its review. That plan should address the additional con~nents raised by the MWCC. The plan'appears generally compatible with the plans of adjacent and affected units. Co~ents of a local nature have been raised by the City of Anoka. These concerns should be worked out between the cities. E.
