City of Ramsey <br />Comprehensive Plan Review <br />Page Two <br /> <br />The plan is consistent with the Metropolitan Development Frame- <br />work, the Protection Open Space and Water Resources chapters of <br />the~Metropolitan Development-Guide, Council policies for storm~ <br />water management, and the Housing chapter of the Metropolitan <br />Development Guide. In accordance with Minnesota Statutes <br />473.206, the city should send new or modified environmental <br />ordinances to the Council for review prior to.adoption. <br /> <br />The CIP meets the requirements of MSA 473.852, Subdivision 4, <br />except that the following information should be added to the <br />CIP. At such time as the city amends its CIP (at least <br />biennially), it should forward the amended version to the Council <br />for review and con~nent. <br /> <br />a. The CIP should contain a statement of the need for each <br /> project. <br /> <br />b.
