The attached <br />Resolution (~OC Resolution No. 82-251) transmits the action taken by <br />the Commission at its October 19, 1982 meeting. In accordance with <br />the provisions of the Metropolitan Waste Control Commission Act, the <br />City may undertake the sanitary sewer improvements as progr~rmed in <br />hhe Cc~prehensive S~;er Plan. <br /> <br />The Ccn~ission recognizes the request by the City of Ramsey to provide <br />an interceptor connection serving the Rum River Watershed. The <br />Commission has requested an amendment to its 1982-1986 Development <br />Program to include this project. <br /> <br />The City should operate its %~stewater treatment syst~n in accordance <br />with the "Sewage and Waste Control Rules and R~3ulations for the <br />Mstropolitan Disposal System". <br /> <br />The Cormnission wishes to thank the City of Ramsey for the submission <br />of its plan and the assistance provided the Ccmmlission dnring the <br />review process.
