Business It~n "i~ 1" <br /> <br />METROPOLITAN WASTE CONTROL COMMISSION <br /> 350 Metro Square Building, Saint paul, Minnesota 55101 <br /> 222-8423 <br /> <br />RESOLUI~ON ND. 82- 25~ <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING ODMPREHENSIVE SEWER <br />PLAN FOR THE CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> <br />WHEREAS, The City of Ramsey has submitted its Cozprehensive Suer Plan in <br />response to the requirements of the Metropolitan Reorganization Act and the <br />Metropolitan Land Planning Act; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, The City of Ramsey has adopted the plan and submitted it to the <br />C~;~.~ssion for approval; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, The subject Co~pre~iye S~er Plan conforms to the Metropolitan <br />Disposal System Plan; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, That the Metropolitan Waste Control <br />Commission hereby approves the Comprehensive Se~er Plan for the City of <br />Ramsey, provided the City operate its wastewater treatment plant in <br />accordance with the "S~Nage and Waste Control Rules and Regulations for the <br />Metropolitan Disposal System". <br /> <br />Adopted this 19th day of October, 1982 <br /> <br />METROPOLITAN WASTE <br /> <br />CONTROL COMMISSION <br /> <br /> George W.
