- Page Two - <br /> <br />Final Proqress Report - To be submitted when the entire <br />comprehensive plan has been completed, satisfactorily reviewed by <br />the Council, and the necessary ordinances have been prepared or <br />updated. <br /> <br />I have attached copies of reports #2 and 3, and a very simple <br />checkoff form that will suffice for the midpoint report. If the <br />estimated completion date for Appendix B activities has already <br />passed but the activities still are not complete, please advise us as <br />soon as possible when you expect them to be dona. <br /> <br />Technically, your entire comprehensive plan should already have been <br />completed to allow for the six-month review period by adjacent <br />jurisdictions prior to submission of your plan to the Council° if it <br />appears that your community will not meet the deadline for submission <br />of its plan (three years after it received its systems statement)~ <br />you should consider requesting a time extension. Contact Mr. Bob <br />Mazanec at 291-6330 regarding how to go about this. <br /> <br />Finally, if you need technical assistance in completing your plan, <br />the Local Planning Assistance staff is available to help. Their <br />number is 291-6415.
