The purpose of this letter is to remind you of some <br />of the major features and provisions of the grant program. <br /> <br />According to our records, your community has received $7,657, which <br />is 90% of its total grant award 'of $8,508. The contract specifies <br />that these funds will be used toward the cost of preparing your <br />community's comprehensive plan, and preparing and adopting its <br />official controls. The total estimated cost of these activities <br />which your community indicated on its grant application was $25,878. <br />The application aiso shows that the completion date for this planning <br />program is December 1979. The grant application is Appendix A of <br />your contract. Appendix B of the grant contract contains the <br />specific portions of your community's planning program on which the <br />grant funds were to be spent~ A~lso listed on Appendix B was your <br />estimated completion date for these activities of January 1980. <br /> <br />The grant contract (Section 4) requires three types of progress <br />reports: <br /> <br />1. Midpoint Report - A brief written notice to be sent to the <br /> Council indicating that the community is half way through the <br /> completion of Appendix B activities. <br /> <br />Funded Portion CompletiOn Report - To be submitted when all the <br />activities listed in Appendix B are complete.
