ENVIRONMENTAL PERMIT REVIEW PROCEDURE <br /> <br />1) Pre-application meeting - The petitioner shall meet with <br /> City staff to discuss his proposal and City requirements. <br /> <br />2) Complete application form provided. <br /> <br />Payment of a fee as determined by resolution of the City <br />Council which is commensurate with the cost of processing <br />this application. <br /> <br />Submit 5 copies of the site plan to the Zoning Officer <br />(see Environmental Ordinance). <br /> <br />The City Staff shall review the site plan and shall trans- <br />mit a report with their comments together with any support- <br />ing material to the Planning Commission prior to the meet- <br />lng at which such plan is to be considered. The applicant <br />shall require a copy of the staff report when copies are <br />distributed to the Planning Commission. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission may require qualified technical <br />services to review the site plan and avdise on its suit- <br />ability regarding general planning; conformity with plans <br />of other private and public organizations and agencies, <br />and other features. The developer shall be required to <br />pay the cost of such services. <br /> <br />After the Planning Commission makes a recommendation on <br />the application, its recommendation will be forwarded to <br />the City Council. <br /> <br />The City Council will make the final determination as to <br />whether the permit will be granted and under what conditions. <br /> <br />97 <br /> <br /> <br />
