Roland Looyan, entend temporary car lot, McGregor's A short discussion was held regarding the used car lot. Mr. Looyan said it is his intention to move out when McGregor's build their new restaurant but that he would like an extension of time now. Motion by Councilman Mickelson, seconded by Councilman Reimann t° extend the _temporary permit of Mr. Looyan to sell used cars' at McGregor's restaurant for a period of six months. 4 Aye 2. Accept Titterud Road. Motion by Councilman Reimann~- seconded by Council~m~n Micketson to adopt Resolution No. 9, acceptLng tbs roads in Sect[ons'15 and 16, laud'which: ~as previously o~ned by Mr. Titterud and is now platted by metes and bounds. A discussion was held regarding tfm~ng, 'affect on Urba~ Area in the City, etc. Motion by Councilman Retmann~ seconde~ by Counci~n Mickelson to authorize the City's engineering firm, 0onSult~[ngEngineer's Diversified to ;roceed with the recommendations as liste~in~Engineer Sha's letter to update the City's Comprehensive Sewer Plan at a cost not to exceed $~,680.
