All five copies must be signed by an appropriate <br />Ramsey official who is authorized to execute contracts on behalf <br />of the city. <br /> <br />Note that Appendix B, which lists the Funded Portion of the Work <br />Program, must also be completed and made part of the contract. <br />Instructions on how to complete Appendix B are attached. <br /> <br />When the funded activities are complete, you will have to provide <br />us with a Funded Portion Completion Report in order to receive the <br />remaining 10% of your grant money.
