The remaining elements of the revision should include: <br /> <br />Updating the costs of Plans I and II of the 1974 Plan to permit a valid <br />c~parison of those costs with the oost of the reduced system that ~.~uld <br />acconm~ate the ~DC capacity allocation. <br /> <br />2. Preparation of cost estimates of the facilities necessary to adapt the trunk <br /> sewer system to the second Ramsey Connection for all %hree plans. <br /> <br />3. Preparation of a new tabulation of :deSign data using the M~CC capacity <br /> allocation. <br /> <br />4. Preparation of new exhibits showing the reduced system and real.ignm~nt of <br /> the trunk sewer system to adapt the trunk system to the second Ramsey connection. <br /> <br />5. Reprint the 1974 report, print the revisions, bind the revised report into a <br /> single document and provide 50 copies of the revised plan. <br /> <br />Our estimated cost for t/~e remaining WOrk to fulfill the Metropolitan Council's <br />procedural requirement for both the Urban Plan and the Comprehensive Sewer Plan <br />is $4,680.00. (See attached breakdown) We would propose to perform this work on <br />an hourly basis at a cost not to excee~ $4,680.00. <br /> <br />With the completion of revisions to the Urban Plan and Comprehensive Sewer Plan, <br />the City should sutmtit those documants to the Metropolitan Council and ~tropolitan <br />Waste Control Con~ssion along with a resolution requesting a Waste Management <br />Policy Plan amendment to include a second Ramsey connection. <br /> <br />keith caswell jr. u darrell schneider ~:¢ richard sha <br /> <br /> <br />
