AGREEMENT <br /> <br /> PI.ANN lNG SERVICES <br />THIS AGREEMENT· entered into this <br /> <br />day of <br /> <br />by and between the City of Ramsey· Minnesota, hereinafter referred to as the City, <br /> <br />and Wehrman, Chapman Associates, Inc., a corporation organized and existing under <br /> <br />the laws of the State of Minnesotat hereinafter referred to as the Consultant· <br /> <br />wlfnessefh: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City desires to engage the Consultant to render certain technical advice <br />and assistance in connection with such undertakings of the City and particularly the <br />Planning Commission relating to planning activities of the City~ <br /> <br />NOW· THEREFORE~ the parties do mutually agree as follows: <br /> <br />Scope of Services. The Consultant shall provide prot:essional services to the City <br />as detailed in specific scope of services agreements. <br /> <br />Collaborative Activities. The Consultant will· as directed· work with other public <br />bodies as may be essential to properly serve the City. The Consultant will also <br />seek and utilize the services of others in the event technical services would be <br />beneficial to the City~ and when duly authorized by the City. <br /> <br />Service to Private Clients. As the Consultant is serving the City in the primary <br />'ac'tJvi't~, the Consult'ant will not serve private clients for services which would be <br />in conflict with the purposes of the City service. And in no case will the Consultant <br />serve private clients in Ramsey without the direction or authorization of the City. <br /> <br />De <br /> <br />Time of Performance. The Consultant will be available for planning activities upon <br />execution o( this Agreement.
