Authorization for Planning Activities. The Consultant will proceed into planning <br />or study only after providing an estimate ol costs and receiving written direction <br />to proceed from the City. <br /> <br />Compensation. The City will pay to the Consultant for services performed within <br />Forty-Five '(¢~) days Following the submittal of an invoice for services and the <br />amounts due will be submitted for payment no more often than monthly. Payment <br />will be made for services performed on the basis of our attached current fee <br />schedule.
