February 23, 1978 <br /> <br />Mr. Phil Nereson <br />Ramsey City Hall <br />15153 Now Then Blvd. <br />Anoka, Minnesota 55303 <br /> <br />Re: a. <br /> b. <br /> <br />Critical Areas Plan <br />Metropolitan Land Planning Program <br /> <br />Dear Phil: <br /> <br />In lieu of a formal contract, this letter provides the agreement between Wehrman, Chapman <br />Associates, Inc. and the City of Ramsey. Wehrman, Chapman Associates will provide <br />planning consultant services to the City in the performance of the attached Scope of Services, <br />which combines the above two planning programs, and as defined in the grant applications to <br />Metro Council or as may be further modified by the City. With the Metropolitan Council <br />Staff providing new information perlodicallyt it is anticipated that further adjustments in the <br />Scope of Services may be necessary. <br /> <br />We anticipate that the defined activities for 1978 will be performed in approxlrra rely 10 <br />months and that the cost of the combined programs for this period will be approximately <br />$17,996 (Seventeen thousand nine hundred ninety six dollars) as discussed earlier in the <br />Critical Areas Application and the application for the Land Planning grant. W.C oA. Inc. <br />will present monthly invoices for services performed over the preceding month, in accordance <br />with the attached current fee schedule.
