m <br /> <br />The working draft copies of the reports will be presented in notebook form <br />with black and white graphics to allow for further reproduction in the City <br />offices as desired. Final publication, consolidation with other previously <br />published documents, and reproduction with colored graphics will be negotiated <br />separately and is not included as part of this planning program. <br /> <br />The Capital Improvements segment of this program is for the specific public <br />improvements defined as a part of this planning program, however, the format <br />will allow addition of other facilities. <br /> <br />The Zoning Ordinance and Subdivision Ordinance will be redrafted to the ex- <br />tent necessary to regulate changes in policies and plans defined as a part of <br />this planning program. These Implementation Activities are not included in <br />the 1978 pr, gram. <br /> <br />The estimated cost does not include public hearings or presentations to other <br />public bodies or agencies. <br /> <br />The Consultant will work closely with City staff personnel, utilizing them as <br />needed and as available. <br /> <br />The Consultant will be available for planning activities upon execution of this <br />Agreement. The services of the Consultant may be terminated by either party <br />submitting a 30 (thirty) day written notice of terminatlon. <br /> <br />If further clarification is needed, please notify me.
