Councilman Sorteberg said they are trying to promote low-income housing. <br /> <br />Councilman Cox said right now the City is restricted aud it doesn't apply. <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec suggested making some kind of general-type comment regarding <br />the time when the Cities get sewer and water. <br /> <br />Councilman Cox said the City should state it will do it if it appears to <br />be feasible at the time. The City wants to comply with the intent of it <br />unless it becomes an unreasonable situation at the time it affects the <br />City. <br /> <br />9. Wetlands <br /> <br />City Engineer Raatikka said the County is going through the wetlands one <br />by one and a new map with wetlands is being made up and will be resubmitted <br />to the DNR. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Mickelson and seconded by Councilman Sorteberg to for- <br />ward the letter from the City Engineer to Anoka County in regards to wet- <br />lands. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes-Mayor Gamec, Councilmen Sorteberg, Reimann, <br />Mickelson and Cox. Voting no-None. <br /> <br />10. Tungsten Street Storm Sewer Condemnation; Case of Blooms <br /> <br />Motion by CounciLman Mickelson and seconded by Councilman Reimann adopting <br />Resolution #80-158 Authorizing Payment of Total Condemnation Award of <br />$6,300 plus $3,711.43 Interest to the Blooms in regard to the Tungsten <br />Street Storm Sewer Condemnation. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes Mayor Gamec, Councilmen Sorteberg, Mickelson, <br />Reimann and Cox. Voting no None. <br /> <br />11. Implementation Section of 'the iProposed Comprehensive Plan <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Sorteberg and seconded by Councilman Mickelson adopt- <br />ing Resolution #80-156 Approving Implementation Section of the Proposed <br />Comprehensive Plan. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes Mayor Gamec, Councilmen Sorteberg, Mickelson, <br />Reimann and Cox. Voting no None. Please refer to resolution file for <br />Resolution #80-156. <br /> <br />12. Cable TV <br /> <br />Councilman Reimann said the City did the survey and it is being brought <br />back to the Council for their input as to need and if they want to pro- <br />ceed further. The City will be reimbursed for all their costs. <br /> <br />City Administrator Schnelle added the City will be reimbursed plus in- <br />terest.
