Councilmember adoption: introduced the following resolution and moved for its RESOLUTION #88- Resolution granting final plat approval for River's Bend Plaza 3rd Addition. WHEREAS, Oxbow Properties, hereinafter referred to as "Developer", has properly applied for plat approval of the minor subdivision to resubdivide the following described properties located in the City of Ramsay: Lot 4, Block of River's Bend Plaza Addition, Anoka County, State of Minnesota, which plat is known as River's Bend Plaza 3rd Addition, hereinafter known as "Plat"; and WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 170.0315 (Final Plat Resubdivision), of the Ramsey C/ty Code, a sketch plan and preliminary plat proceedings will not be required for a resubdivision of any single lot; and WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 170.0316 (Division or Consolidation of Platted Lots), the applicant has met the requirements of filing, surveying and fees; and WHEREAS, pursuant to the agreement dated January 10, 1980, between the City of Ramsey and Ramsay Center Partnership, Section 4, Item 4 "That Ramsey will waive its parks and open space dedication requirements of Chapter 170.03 of the Ramsay Ci~, Code and any subsequent additions and amendments thereto, as said requirements apply to all of that real property described in Paragraph I above". NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ramsay, Anoka Count,, State of Minnesota, as follows: that final approval of the plat Pdver's Bend Plaza 3rd Addition of Oxbow Properties is ~anted.
