Supporting Documentation - Each of the three agents submitted additional documentation to support answers given in the formal proposal. This information can be summarized as follows: ~adtrath and Associates: HA provided examples of their work. These items included an evaluation of a client community and recommendations, a copy of a specifications report, a claims report, and a premium breakdown notification. FBS Insurance: FBS submitted examples of a city insurance report, which identifies coverage and coverage levels and breaks down coverages by departments, and a sample insurance proposal. T.C. Field: TCF provided the following documentation: numerous sample letters illustrating the agency's efforts to notify clients of environment and coverage changes, policy interpretations, rate evaluations and insurance recommendations, coverage information, and claims reports. Evaluation: Unquestionably, TCF documented its prov_~r quantitatively and qualitatively than did the other agencies. References - Each agency submitted a list of at least three references who were contacted to further inform the decision. Evaluation: As might be expected, all references provided strong recommendations for each agency. Nevertheless, these references should be taken seriously since they reflect!the feelings of city officials. On that basis, all three agencies rate favorably.
