Observations: <br /> <br />Metropolitan Council requires that governmental entities submit a resolution authorizing lhe <br />submittal for a grant application. The grant application deadline is December 15, 1988. If the <br />City of Ramsey grant proposal is awarded approval, the City Council would need to approve a <br />resolulion accepting the grant.
