I walked <br />the entire site down to the fiver noting the ~ades and existing ditch and cuh, erts: -It is readily apparent <br />that a more positive drain system is necessary, to avoid street flooding. : <br /> <br />The owner expressed some concern about the ~m'ade level on catch basins to be installed on the <br />proposed storm dram. I assured him ftmt Fades would be shot on the fiat s~ctions of his lawn that <br />cun'ently flow by _m'avity to the ditch. He wants you to be aware of this concern and be sure to set <br />storm catch b'asms below the lawn Fade. <br /> <br />The proposed 15' x 21 ' concrete basin will serve as a sedimentation basin ahead of the culvert leading <br />to the water chanr~el on the west side of the Rmn River.. ' <br /> <br />The legal desctfption of subject site is Lot 1, Block 3. Wrnite Pines Estates· The lot is approxhmate'ly <br />one acre in size with about !.20 feet of river fi-orange.
