For the Town Center property west of the <br />Subject Property to develop as shown in the approved sketch plan, the City will need to process a <br />Comprehensive Plan Amendment at the time of develoPment. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />Because of the revisions that have been made to the 'Town Center Gardens 3rd Addition sketch <br />plan, and the current and planned land use designation on adjacent properties, the Planning <br />Commission and Staff recommend approval of the Comprehensive plan Amendment to change <br />the subject property's Land Use designation from Medium Density Residential to Mixed Use. <br /> <br />Council Action: <br /> <br />Motion to adopt a resolution approving the amendment to the Comprehensive Plan to change the <br />land use on the Subject Property, from Medium Density Residential to Mixed Use. <br /> <br />-or- <br /> <br />Motion to adopt a resolution to deny the request for a Comprehensive ~Plan Amendment to <br />change the land use on the Subject Property fromMedium Density Residential to Mixed Use. <br /> <br />Reviewed by: <br />Asst.
