There was a discussion of whether the cun'ent <br />meeting time and day worked for all Task Force members; the consensus was to <br />continue the current meeting schedule. Chair Hunter said the Task Force might <br />consider lneeting once per month instead of twice per month in the future. <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />Town Center environmental review. Principal Planner Trudgeon explained the <br />Alternative Urban Areawide Review (AUAR) environmental review process for the <br />Town Center and the need for a general concept plan for the AUAR authorization. <br />Trudgcon will be presenting this concept plan at the 1/14/03 City Council meeting, <br /> <br />3) <br /> <br />Review of Town Center Master Plan ("Bubble Plan"). HKGi's Loren Gordon <br />presented two alternative Bubble Plans for the Town Center. Gordon said the Task <br />Force needed to review the alternatives and recommend one to the City Council for <br />inclusion in the AUAR authorization. He said the Bubble Plans were more general <br />than the regulating map contained in the Calthorpe proposal. City Administrator <br />Norman said the two Bubble Plans represented a good blend of Calthorpe's work and <br />Ramsey Town Center LLC's work. <br /> <br /> <br />
