4) <br /> <br />$) <br /> <br />The Task Force discussed different options for access to/from Armstrong Blvd. There <br />was also discussion of the impact of the proposed Armstrong Blvd realignment on the <br />Town Center site; the Task Force directed Mr. Gordon to indicate the current and <br />proposed Armstrong Blvd alignment on the Bubble Plan. Councilmember Elvig told <br />the Task Force they need to communicate all the work they've done and all they've <br />learned to the City Council. <br /> <br />Town Center Zoning District. Principal Planner Tmdgeon said he and Mr. Gordon <br />continue to meet with Ramsey Town Center LLC and their consultants regarding the <br />zoning district. He expects to present LLC feedback to the Task Force's draft zoning <br />district at the next meeting, and added that the draft ordinance would be presented at <br />the 1/I 4/03 City Council meeting. <br /> <br />Chair lqunter pointed out several typos in the ordinance and asked about the <br />prohibition on murals and possible prohibition on permanent outdoor seating areas. <br />After some discussion, the Task Force agreed that the ordinance may want to be more <br />suggestive than prescriptive in situations like this, to allow for more unique designs. <br />Thc Task Force also discussed whether and/or how to allow real estate signs; <br />consensus was to look into how other cities handle real estate signs and resume the <br />discussion at a future meeting. <br /> <br />Town Center Report Card. The Task Force discussed the revised Report Card, <br />made some minor revisions, and directed Staff to submit it to the City Council at the <br />1/14/03 City Council meeting. Principal Plam~er Trudgeon discussed the draft <br />Mcmorandum of Understanding, which will also be presented at the 1/14/03 meeting. <br /> <br />Chair ldunter said she had been contacted by John Feges from Ramsey Town Center <br />LLC and suggested the Task Force make time for an update from the proposed <br />developer at the next Task Force meeting. <br /> <br />Meeting adjourned. <br /> <br /> <br />
