Principal Planner <br />Trudgeon stated that he could not directly answer that question and that not all of the <br />supporting documentation for the traffic was in included in the Task Force's agenda <br />packet. Mr. Trudgeon indicated that this information is available to members if they <br />would like to review it. <br /> <br />The Task Force continued with the discussion on traffic impacts of the Town Center <br />and other aspects of the AUAR. Consensus was to bring back further discussion <br />about the AUAR at a future meeting <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />Upcoming Town Center Meetings. Principal Planner Trudgeon brought up that that <br />City Council will be meeting with the Ramsey Town Center LLC in a work session <br />on Tuesday, May 6, 2003 and that Task Force members should attend if they are <br />available. Mr. Trudgeon indicated that Staff would like to bring back the Town <br />Center developer to the next meeting to give the Task Force and update on the master <br />plan. <br /> <br />The Task Force asked questions about particular users in the Town Center. Principal <br />Planner Trudgeon discussed what Staff knows about particular users looking to locate <br />in thc Town Center especially in "restaurant row". The Task Force indicated that <br />they would like local businesses be given preference to locate in the Town Center. <br />Principal Planner Trudgeon stated that he will forward that information the Ramsey <br />Town Center LLC. <br /> <br />3) <br /> <br />Presentation on Mixed-Use Developments in Ohio. Task Force member Mary Jo <br />Olson indicated that she recently visited the state of Ohio and that she was able to <br />take a look at three mixed-use developments. The developments were in Fairfield, <br />Easton, and Columbus. Task Force member Olson presented pictures of all three <br />developments to the Task Force and answered questions pertaining to each <br />development. <br /> <br />Meeting adjourned. <br /> <br /> <br />
