Understanding and planning for requirements associated with obtaining permits and <br />approvals at this time will be critical to the ultimate success of the process. The following agencies will <br />be permitting entities for considered improvements: <br />• Minnesota Department of Transportation State Aid: Sunwood Drive NW is a State Aid route, <br />• Minnesota Pollution Control Agency: NPDES Storm Water Permit, <br />• Minnesota Pollution Control Agency: Sanitary Sewer Extension Permit, <br />• Minnesota Department of Health (MDH): Watermain Extension, <br />• Department of Natural Resources (DNR): Dewatering, <br />• Lower Rum River Watershed Management Organization: Storm Water. <br />Prepared by: Bolton & Menk, Inc.
