PROPOSED RESOLUTION #88-_ <br /> <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL TO GOBERNATZ ADDITION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Mr. John Gobernatz, hereinafter referred to as "Developer", <br />has properly applied for plat approval of the minor subdivision of the <br />following described property located in the City of Ramsey: <br /> <br />That part of Lot 7, Auditor's Subdivison Number 27, according to the <br />recorded plat thereof, Aaoka County, Minnesota, lying easterly of the <br />centerline of State Trunk Highway No. 47 as the same is now laid out <br />and travelled, <br /> <br />which plat is known as Gobernatz Addition, hereinafter know as "plat"; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 170.0317 of the Ramsey City Code, the <br />Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of the proposed <br />plat on July 13, 1988; <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CIT~ COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSE¥, <br />ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1. That final approval of the plat of Gobernatz Addition is granted <br />contingent upon Mr. John Gobernatz providing proof of marketable title for <br />the property to the City. <br /> <br /> <br />
