Humbert <br /> <br />Upon p~yment of the $100.00 inspection fee, I today inspected a dwelling <br />presently located in the City of Maple Grove for Mr. Humbert. Mr. Humbert <br />is requesting permission to relocate this dwelling on the corner of 149th <br />Avenue and Peridot Street· <br /> <br />During my inspection, I observed the following: <br /> <br />The structure is in good structural condition and is quite <br />nice in appearance (~ee attached photographs). <br /> <br />The structure is rambler with 960 square feet which complies <br />with our ordinance. <br /> <br />The only correction that I could see would be the addition of <br />insulation in the attic and other accessible areas of the house <br />and provide egress windows in the bedrooms. <br /> <br />Based on my inspection of the proposed location, it would be my <br />recommendation that this request be approved, contingent upon the <br />following: <br /> <br />1. That the applicant shall acquire all necessary permits. <br /> <br />That the applicant shall place thec~el'' ~g to ccmply with all <br />applicable ordinances. <br /> <br />That the applicant shall enter into an agreement with the City <br />to complete his construction by a date to be specified. <br /> <br />v. am available for any questions regarding ";;n_s 'mud,c~..=.':' ~;~ <br /> <br />Elvin J.
