LESLIE HUMBERT <br />LOT 7, BLOCK 5, PINE'VIEW ESTATES <br /> <br />On , 198_, the Ramsey City Council granted approval for <br />Mr. Leslie Humbert to move in a house and detached garage to the property <br />legally described as follows: <br /> <br />Lot 5, Block 5, Pineview Estates, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />The conditions of this approval are as follows: <br /> <br />1. That the applicant shall acquire all necessary permits. <br /> <br />2. That the applicant shall place the dwelling to comply with all <br /> applicable ordinances. <br /> <br />3. That the applicant shall add insulation and egress windows to the <br /> home that will meet the approval of the Building Official. <br /> <br /> That the project will be completed by July 15, 1989. <br /> <br /> <br />
