Todd M. Vlatkovich has been an attorney with the Firm for <br />three years. He works as a lobbyist on behalf of the <br />Southwest Corridor Business Transportation Coalition, the <br />College of St. Thomas, and other Firm clients. He has a <br />long-standing relationship with Governor Rudy Perpich and <br />his Administration. <br /> <br />Theodore A. Mondale, a 1988 graduate of William Mitchell <br />College of Law, is the Department's newest attorney. <br />Mr. Mondale has extensive political and government <br />experience including work for the Dukakis for President <br />Committee, the Carter Reelection Committee and the Mondale <br />for President Committee. Mr. Mondale was a law clerk for <br />the Hennepin County Attorneys Office and for Larkin, <br />Hoffman, Daly & Lindgren during the 1988 Legislative <br />Session where he assisted in representation of the Firm's <br />clients. <br /> <br />Klm A. Carlson is a Governmental Relations Consultant with <br />a focus in municipal government. She has been involved in <br />the governmental process for six years with service as an <br />administrative aide for Minneapolis City Councilmember <br />Barbara Carlson. Ms. Carlson has several years of <br />professional campaign experience for Republican <br />candidates. <br /> <br />The Governmental Relations Department support staff <br />consists of our Office Administrator, Administrative <br />Secre%aries, Special Messengers, and background <br />researchers and writers. These LHD&L staff members are <br />experienced professionals who provide a comprehensive <br />support system. <br /> <br />B.
