While at Honeywell, she wrote <br />divisional proposals for submission to the government on <br />various defense systems programs. She was a contributing <br />writer and task team member for the Corporation's national <br />and divisional newspapers. <br /> <br />Solutions, Inc. offers professional support for grass <br />roots organization and media communications. <br />Solutions, Inc. represents the Firm's commitment to <br />innovation in addressing client needs. The following <br />professional services would be available to the Cities as <br />needed: <br /> <br />Produce a professionalrquality brochure to communicate <br />in a concise, readable format, issues that face the <br />area and to inform the reader about these issues. The <br />target audience for this brochure would include the <br />legislature, its staff and other public officials (see <br />attached brochure Solutions, Inc. produced for another <br />client). <br /> <br />Prepare press releases, as needed, to inform the media <br />of the area's goals and objectives. Issues would be <br />positioned in the best possible light for public <br />scrutiny. <br /> <br />Speech preparation and writing for any member who may <br />be called upon to speak to public orp~v~e~ -~ <br />organizations about the issues facing %!ne Cities. <br /> <br />Preparation of any formal video presentation required <br />%o communicate to any given audience, ~he goals, <br />objectives and issues facing the Cities. <br /> <br />Positioning oub!ic policy issues which may confront <br />nhe Cities for insernai/ex%ernal presentation. <br />Internal presentation could be done via a newsletter. <br />External communication could be ~hrough press <br />releases. <br /> <br />Solutions, Inc. would remain on call to prepare and <br />submit curren~ events and issues in the form of press <br />releases for media publication and is prepared to <br />handle any additional media re!a~ions needs the Cities <br />may encounter. <br /> <br /> <br />
