Case # 17 <br /> <br />ADOPT REVISED SNOWMOBILE ORDINANCE <br /> <br />By: William K. Goodrich, city Attorney <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: <br /> <br />On October 25, 1988 the Council introduced a revised snowmobile <br />ordinance. That ordinance is now presented for your <br />consideration. A group from a Ramsey snowmobile club has <br />reviewed the ordinance and found it satisfactory. There will <br />most likely be residents at the meeting to express their opinions <br />on the ordinance. <br /> <br />Enclosed is the proposed ordinance. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br /> <br />Based on your discussion, the Council may want to adopt the <br />ordinance, table it, or amend it.
