Generally all expenditures <br />will be ~lrectly related to the reason and purposes of our <br />organization as stated above. , <br />The expenditures wi1! be authorized only at a reg61ar me- <br />eting of our general membership after presentation by the <br />bingo and/or gambliDg nmnagera official report. <br /> <br />GA~BLING/BINGO BANK ACCOUNTS <br /> <br /> Our gaming committee herein authorizes our respective <br />bingo and/or gambling managers to establish their respective <br />bank accounts according to the reguirements of the law. The <br />authorized signatures on said accounts shall be the chief <br />executive officer and/or his designee, the finance officer <br />and the respective gambling and/or bingo manager. An account <br />shall be opened for each gambling license as required by <br />law. <br /> LiCENSIng <br /> <br /> The gaming committee specifically authorizes its respec- <br />tive gambling/b~bgo managers permission to apply for and <br />obtain their respective licenses for our organization. <br /> Our organization has at various times and places obtained <br />gambling and bingo licenses and therefore understand the <br />requirements therein. <br /> <br />INTERNAL ACCOUNTING/ADMINISTRATIVE CONTROLS <br /> <br /> Our gaming committee herein establishes a internal ac- <br /> counting and administrative control system as required under <br /> the rules of the Charitable Gambling Control Board. Our gam-:.ih..' <br />ing committee reserves the right· to ~mend this version of <br />internal accounting/administrative controls. Any such amend-:'!,' <br />ment of our system will be forwarded to the board within 10 <br />days'prior to its effective date. i~iil.
