BIB OVERALL MATERIALS: <br /> <br />1. Outside Shell <br /> <br />Same descriptions as jacket. <br /> <br />2. Vapor Barrier and Thermal Liner <br /> <br />Same fabric description as jacket. <br />Both sewn at waist only. Includes double layer Aramid at knees <br />and cuffs. <br /> <br />3. Style <br /> <br />Bib Overall shall be high rise bib type with fly front and velcro <br />type closure. It shall be completely integrated, compatible and <br />interfaced with the coat. The bib overall shall have an H-type <br />suspendar straps (except cross piece of the H) shall be of a <br />rugged, durable elasticized material, a minimum of 1 1/2" <br />width. The suspender shall also be adjustable and detachable, <br />both at the front and back top for the bibs. <br /> <br />The coat must overlap the bib pant by a minimum of 10 inches in <br />front and 15 inches in back. <br /> <br />4. Thigh Pockets <br /> <br />Two expandable thigh pockets, left cargo pocket (10"X10"X2") <br />right cargo pocket (10"X12"X2") split 4" from the rear. Drainage <br />slits shall be located in the bottom of each pocket. Each pocket <br />shall have a velcro type closure with bellows flap lids. <br /> <br />5. Reflective Trim <br /> <br />Trim will be Scotchlite Lime-Yellow to match color and type sewn <br />to the jacket. It will be 3" in width and encircle the overall <br />legs, starting approximately 5 1/2" from the overall bottom. <br /> <br />6. Overlapping Bib Feature (front to back) <br /> <br />The front and back bib is overlapped on the sides at the waist. <br />This allows some size proportion flexibility in the areas at the <br />same time helping to minimize any gapping of the bibs as they <br />contour to the body. Belt at the waist 2" wide with velcro, 8" <br />overlap on each side, shall be sewn on pants im back. <br /> <br />7. Thread <br /> <br />Same as jacket <br /> <br />8. Labels <br /> <br />Same as jacket <br /> <br />Construction <br /> <br />I{o metal of any kind on outside of shell. Reinforcement at knees <br />and cuffs shall be double layer of Aramid (no leather). Ail bib <br />overalls shall have double stitched outside seams with Aramid <br /> <br /> <br />
