RESOLUTION ~88-_ <br /> <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL' PLAT APPROVAL TO RIVERVIEW ESTATES <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Messrs. Todd Elofson and Randy Elofson, hereinafter referred <br />to as "Developers", have properly applied for plat approval of the <br />following described property located in the City of Ramsey: <br /> <br />That part of Lot 12, of the duly recorded plat of Auditor's <br />Subdvision No. 30, Anoka County, Minnesota lying East of a <br />line described as commencing at the East Quarter corner of <br />Section 34, Township 32, Range 25, said Anoka County; thence <br />North 0 degrees 55 minutes 06 seconds West, assumed bearing, <br />along the east line of the Northeast Quarter of said Section <br />34 a distance of 154.95 feet to intersect the Southwesterly <br />line of the right-of-way of U.S. Highways 10, 52 and 169;. <br />thence North 65 degrees 24 minutes 49 seconds West along <br />said right-of-way a distance of 657.87 feet to the actual <br />point of beginning of the line to be hereby described; <br />thence South 1 degree 05 minutes 23 seconds East to <br />intersect the Northerly shore line of the Mississippi River <br />and there terminating. <br /> <br />which plat is known as RIVERVIEW ESTATES, hereinafter known as "plat"; and <br /> <br /> ~EREAS, the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission, pursutant to <br />Chapter 170.03 of the Ramsey City Code, held a public hearing on the <br />proposed plat on July 7, 1988, which hearing was duly published in the <br />City's legal newspaper and written notice of the hearing was given pursuant <br />to law; and <br /> <br /> ~q~EREAS, the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission at it's meeting on <br />July 13, 1988, recommended that the City Council grant preliminary plat <br />approval of the Plat with the following provisions: 1) DNR and EQB <br />approval of Ramsey's proposed amendment to the Critical River Overlay <br />District Ordinance; 2) Park and Recreation Commission approval of <br />recommended park dedication. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council reviewed the Planning and Zoning <br />Commission's public hearing andlmeeting minutes, which minutes are <br />incorporated as if fully set forth herein; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, at a regular meeting on October 25, 1988, the City Council <br />granted preliminary plat approval of the Plat with the following <br />provisions: 1) DNR and EQB approval of Eamsey's proposed amendment to the <br />Critical River Overlay District Ordinance; 2) Developers providing park <br />dedication consisting of cash payment in accordance with park dedication <br />requirements in effect at the time of subdivision application, dedicating <br />an additional 3 feet of right-of-way adjacent to existing street right-of- <br />ray, constructing an 8 foot wide bituminous trail the length of the <br />property. <br /> <br /> <br />
