RESOLUTION ~88-_ RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL' PLAT APPROVAL TO RIVERVIEW ESTATES WHEREAS, Messrs. Todd Elofson and Randy Elofson, hereinafter referred to as "Developers", have properly applied for plat approval of the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: That part of Lot 12, of the duly recorded plat of Auditor's Subdvision No. 30, Anoka County, Minnesota lying East of a line described as commencing at the East Quarter corner of Section 34, Township 32, Range 25, said Anoka County; thence North 0 degrees 55 minutes 06 seconds West, assumed bearing, along the east line of the Northeast Quarter of said Section 34 a distance of 154.95 feet to intersect the Southwesterly line of the right-of-way of U.S. Highways 10, 52 and 169;. thence North 65 degrees 24 minutes 49 seconds West along said right-of-way a distance of 657.87 feet to the actual point of beginning of the line to be hereby described; thence South 1 degree 05 minutes 23 seconds East to intersect the Northerly shore line of the Mississippi River and there terminating. which plat is known as RIVERVIEW ESTATES, hereinafter known as "plat"; and ~EREAS, the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission, pursutant to Chapter 170.03 of the Ramsey City Code, held a public hearing on the proposed plat on July 7, 1988, which hearing was duly published in the City's legal newspaper and written notice of the hearing was given pursuant to law; and ~q~EREAS, the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission at it's meeting on July 13, 1988, recommended that the City Council grant preliminary plat approval of the Plat with the following provisions: 1) DNR and EQB approval of Ramsey's proposed amendment to the Critical River Overlay District Ordinance; 2) Park and Recreation Commission approval of recommended park dedication. WHEREAS, the City Council reviewed the Planning and Zoning Commission's public hearing andlmeeting minutes, which minutes are incorporated as if fully set forth herein; and WHEREAS, at a regular meeting on October 25, 1988, the City Council granted preliminary plat approval of the Plat with the following provisions: 1) DNR and EQB approval of Eamsey's proposed amendment to the Critical River Overlay District Ordinance; 2) Developers providing park dedication consisting of cash payment in accordance with park dedication requirements in effect at the time of subdivision application, dedicating an additional 3 feet of right-of-way adjacent to existing street right-of- ray, constructing an 8 foot wide bituminous trail the length of the property.
