Todd and ~andy Elofson providing proof of marketable <br />title for the property to the city. <br /> <br /> b. DNR and EQB approval of Ramsey's proposed amendment to the <br />Critical River Overlay District Ordinance. <br /> <br /> c. Developers providing park dedication as specified in the City <br />Council's preliminary plat approval on October 25, 1988. <br /> <br /> <br />
